Finally an Update

Sorry I've been M.I.A. for a few days. School has been extra busy lately! But as of now, I am officially on Spring Break! THANK GOODNESS FOR THAT! Not like I'm doing anything exciting, I'll just be working more hours to pick up some extra cash-ola on my next paycheck but man, oh man, am I suffering from a bad case of senioritis. It seems like such a chore to sit through class everyday, so getting these extra days off might do me some good and help me get through the rest of the semester. I know I'm only 2 months away from graduating, but it seems like it's going so slow. If you know me at all you know that school is definitely not my favorite. Anywho - enough with the complaining, I'll be homework-free for the next 10 days or so and that is AWESOME!

So, just a quick update on our life: Last weekend Dan and I drove up to Mesa and met up with his parents, his brother and his wife, and his sister to do Dan's "grand-dad's" temple work. It was such an amazing, emotional, heart-warming experience. I love the feelings I get after going to the temple. It's just indescribable.

It was truly a great day. That evening Dan and I went to his parents' house for a mini pizza party (it was just us and them) and all of us were exhausted to the point where EVERYTHING was funny. It was a good time, let me tell ya! :-)

Here's what the weekend holds in store for us: dinner date with awesome friends, landscaping our backyard, possibly some kitchen painting, and some much needed relaxation. I'll try my best to get better at updating this thing. Take care!!!
